Those with cca

Those who have cca on this coming dry run, not to worry, just come for the dry run. I have approached the teachers and they will send an email out to the school to excuse you guys from the cca. So erm, cya guys there:-D

29th, last orientation camp dry run for 2010

All leaders and facilitators involve in the sec1 orientation camp next year, please take not that there will still be changes made on the schedule. The manpower list is more or less confirmed already. Before i talk about the dry run on this coming tueday, i would like to wish everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year! This coming last dry run, attendance is compulsory for everyone and there will be an attire check from head to toe, everything must be according to the school rules. All head facilitators are to report to 1e6 classroom at 8am and each of you guys are also to bring a face towel and your writing materials. The estimated time that the dry run will be ending will be at 6pm. Other leaders and facilitators are to be at 1e6 classroom at 9am. All facilitators are to bring 2 stacks of newspapers each and all program and logistics and other teams members are to bring recycled cups like yakult bottle or milk bottles or any drinks bottles, each person are to bring at least 2 each. All councillors are to be in their student council t-shirt with pe shorts and all cca leaders are to come in their full pe attire. If there is anymore doubts or question, please feel free to approach me:-D

Sec1 orientation camp meeting

This post going to be quiet long so everyone please bear with me. All leaders who are involve in the camp, please come on tomorrow, 22nd of december at 10am at 1e6 classroom, attendance is compulsory. Please be in your full school uniform and bring your writing materials along too. There will be a list of manpower list attached later at the bottom of the post, if your name is not there, you do not have to come for the meeting anymore. If anyone of you have any doubts like if you have told me your reasons or you do not know why your name is not there or you have any doubts, please feel free to clarify it with me. There will be files for you to download at the bottom of the post,please kindly print it for yourself all into hard copies and get it ready by 29 december, the next and last dry run. Please do not give me stupid excuses like you do not have a printer or your printer has no ink, find a solution, all of you are leaders, remember that. If there is any mistake that i made in any of the files please also notify me, have been very busy these few days. And also please take note,only facilitators need to print out the school tour information.:-D

Sec1 Registration

Reminder for all those leaders who are involve in the sec1 registration on the 23rd of dec, you are reminded to come to school and be at the foyer by 7.15am sharp. Please also remember to bring along your consent form and attire for that day is full school uniform with tie. Please also make sure that your finger nails are cut and hairs are not too long for boys and no fringe dropping down in front of the eye for the girls. Regarding the latest manpower list, there may still be changes after 17dec, so please take note of that also:-D

Please report on the 17th December @ 1E6 classroom for the Dry Run for those who are involved in your PE attire .
The meeting will start at 10am and will roughly end at 6pm .
Please be reminded to bring aong $6 for the Camp Tee .
Futhermore , lunch will not be provide so please bring some money for lunch on that day .

For the programmes and logistics , please bring 2 pails ( commonly seen in red colour ) and a stack of recycled newspapers on 17th Dec , needed for certain games.
